PTSO Minutes
October 5 2011
Meeting was called to order at 6:37.
Members in attendance were Sharon Fife, Lisa Latkowski, Joan Glase, Annie Hallen, Cathleen Breen, Priscilla Andrewski, Scott Haberli and Bonnie Schlott
The minutes were read without any corrections or additions. Scott made a motion to approve, Priscilla 2nd, carried.
The Financial Report was read. Joan made a motion to approve, Cathleen 2nd, carried.
The flag design is almost complete. It then needs to go for final approval and out for pricing.
The Penny Social is set for 11/19/11 at the Delaware Youth Center doors open at 3 calling starts at 4. The cost to rent the youth center is $125. Bonnie will send out an email requesting baked goods. We should make phone calls also.
Picture day was a success. A special thank you goes out to Nancy Siegel who filled in last minute.
A flyer should be ready to go out in the 11/10 report cards. It should include information about the Penny Social, Wreath sale and membership info.
Homecoming plans are set. Homecoming is Fri 10/14 the activities night is 10/15
We decided to not have a pie sale this year.
