Minutes
November 2, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 6:42.
The minutes from the previous meeting were read. Joan made a motion to approve the minutes without any changes. It was seconded by Roxanne and carried.
The financial report was read. The balance is $1630.31. Cathleen made a motion to approve the financial report, Priscilla seconded and carried.
There were no communications.
The penny social plans are going well. Annie is going to get hot dogs donated, Priscilla is going to get juice from McDonald’s. We will start setting up at 9 am.
The order form and information for the wreath sale will go out in the report cards. Orders are du right after Thanksgiving. There will be a $100 prize for anyone that sells 17 wreaths or more. Roxanne made a motion to approve the prize amount. Lisa seconded and carried.
Roxanne is going to write a membership letter to send with the report cards.
There will be a book fair December 1st and 2nd. Roxanne is going to put in a building permit.
