May 4, 2011
Called to Order at 6:38pm
Members in attendance – Annie Hallen, Cathleen Breen, Lisa Latkowski, Joan Glase, Gabriel Pinciotti, Priscilla Andrewski, Roxanne Mirch, Scott Haberli, Bonnie Schlott
Reading of the Minutes – The minutes were read and approved with no changes.
Motion to approve -Cathleen Second - Roxanne
Financial Report – The financial report was read and approved.
Motion to approve – Scott Second - Priscilla
Communications - There were no new communications
Gabe Pinciotti attended to give tell us about his trip to Washington DC. He had a great time. There were over 300 students in attendance from all over the country.
Flag contest – There is no date for judging yet
BLT – There have been no meetings
Wooden rose fundraiser – We are going to sell 2 dozen bouquets as a graduation keepsake. It will be a presale. We will order a few extras to sell the day of pick up. The deadline to order is 6/6. Pick up will be from 9-10 in the morning before graduation ceremony.
Scholarship committee – Annie is going to get the ballots to Mrs. Parkinson.
Tablecloths – Bonnie is trying to contact Debbie Mulosky to going over a design for the runners.
Clothing Drive - Dates are set for the clothing drive. Callicoon will be at Lander’s on 5/25 and 6/15 5-7. Narrowsburg will be at Peck’s on 6/2 and 6/22 5-7. Jeffersonville will be at the school on 6/7 and 6/29 4:30-6:30
Teacher Appreciation – We had good feedback regarding the breakfast. It was held on Tuesday 5/3/11. The cost was $156.87
Officer Nominations – No new nominations We will vote next month.
Banners - We voted to order 6 more banners. Motion to approve – Scott, Second – Priscilla
After Prom - A school van may be needed for a few extra students, the bus is full. We approved donating up to $300 towards gas. Motion to approve – Priscilla, Second – Roxanne
Discount cards – The elementary is selling cards again this year. We can buy some of theirs to sell at the high school. They cost $6 and sell for $12. We agreed to purchase 50 cards @ $300 to start.

We want to order a banner for graduation and/or for a welcome back to school in the fall. Annie will get information. Motion to approve – Cathleen Second – Roxanne
The amount of the proceeds from the photos from Lifetouch was $804.02.
We should go over the budget at the next meeting.
